Mr. John DU, the CEO of DO: From my personal life experience, doing business with cultural differences to me is like swimming: people can swim in a pool, a river or an ocean; however, the swimming environment would be very different. Therefore, your efforts, time and route would be different with different results. This applies not only to the Chinese going aboard but also to the US foreigners coming to China. As long as you are aware of the differences, you can adjust your attitude and strategy. Mr. John DU emphasized that in order to achieve the effectiveness, you need to find a reliable and suitable partner. Take the DO platform as an example—the Chinese who invest in US realties only need two right steps: the 1st step being DO, the 2nd step being Affinity (as these 2 platforms are associated with many excellent partners), and the same steps work for US developers conversely—"From A to DO".
