 Due to some problems of Evisa system, the visa officer could not open the files we attached. Then we sent it to visa officer by email directly. And the visa officer required the birth certificate of the applicant's relative but he could not provide it. I wrote email to visa officer to explain why he could not provide it and visa officer finally accepted my explanation.
